Tickets can be purchased by coming into the shop and paying with Cash OR CashApp

If you pay for tickets via CashApp, it is your responsibility to text us at 318-750- 2527 to notify us you have sent money for tickets.  We will not be responsible for tickets not being added to the drawing barrel due to us not being notified you sent money to purchase tickets. Adding your name and phone number to the comments on CashApp is also helpful, but not required if you have texted the studio.

You must be 18 to win, No exceptions. If you purchase tickets and win and you
are not 18, you forfeit your win. We will be checking IDs as prizes are claimed.

• ⚡️If you win a gift certificate, you can use it for whomever you want. The gift certificate is not tied to any name, so you can share it until it is depleted. Yes, if you are a parent, you can use it for your minor child. It does not have to be used all at once. SKIN FX GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL EXPIRE ON 02/01/2025.
• ⚡️If you win a gift certificate, it can be used for any artist for tattoos and/or piercing services. IT CANNOT BE USED FOR PRODUCTS SUCH AS AFTERCARE, SHIRTS, STICKERS, ETC. SKIN FX GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL EXPIRE ON 02/01/2025.
• ⚡️All prizes will NOT be drawn on the same day. We will draw the first ticket on 01/31/2024 around 7pm local time. The winner will be announced and will have 24 hours to contact us to claim whichever prize package they want. If the first winner fails to respond with in 24 hours of being notified, they will forfeit their privilege of first pick. They will still win a prize package, but lose the advantage of first pick. We will be texting the number you provide us when purchasing tickets to notify you, as well as posting on our Facebook Event page. So mark your calendars now, and be watching for the posting and the text message!

The winner MUST be the one to contact us. Not your wife, mother, sister, daddy, brother, husband, cousin, dog, bearded dragon, son, daughter, uncle, aunt… well you get the idea. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A VALID PHOTO ID UPON PICKING UP THE PRIZE TO VERIFY YOUR NAME AND AGE. The next winner will be draw on 02/01 around 7pm local time. Each will have 24 hours to contact us to make their pick. If the #2 ticket winner does not contact us within 24 hours after the notification, then the #3 ticket winner will have second choice, and so on. Each winner will have the choice of prize packages that remain in order drawn if responding in a timely manner.

⚡️Current plan is to have 3 winners, but depending on how ticket sales go, we may add more packages and have more winners.

IF THE SAME PERSON IS DRAWN AFTER ALREADY WINNING, THEY WILL BE GIVEN AN EXTRA $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE AND THAT # WINNER WILL BE REDRAWN.

This is different than our previous raffles.
We feel this will be fairer to allow multiple winners, while still giving you a prize for being drawn extra times. The number of extra Gift Certificates you
can win is only limited by how many tickets you buy, and how lucky you are to have your name drawn multiple times.

Example:

If you are the #1 winner, you get your pick of the prize packages. Then when we draw the #2 winner, if you are drawn, you get an additional $25 Gift Certificate and the #2 winner
is redrawn. If you are drawn again, you get another Gift Certificate and #2 is redrawn. We will do this as many times as your name is drawn until we get a new name.

You do not have to be present to win.
Immediate family of Skin Fx Crew are not eligible to win. Prizes are awarded as listed.  There is no cash value. Tickets are available until 4pm Central on drawing date.

Drawing will be held at approximately 7pm Central time on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 , either via Facebook Live or recorded without interruption and posted to FB. Skin Fx Owners reserve the right to alter, add to, subtract from, or just out right
change these rules as needed without notice.
